Percy Cummings, a 47 year old gay interior designer, was arrested at San Francisco International Airport for ejaculating on a TSA office who was patting him for security check. The TSA full body scan detector was going off due to the multiple metal piercings on Cummings’ penis.

Percy Cummings’ partner Sergio Armani says that the agent spent “an inordinate amount of time groping” the private parts of Cummings which was the reason for the arousal. The rules set forth by TSA express that anyone who ejaculates during a pat down is subject to being arrested.The interior designer was charged with sexual assault, even tough it would seem that his premature ejaculation was out of his control. At a time when the TSA is being deeply criticized by much of society, it can’t help their public image to send a innocent man to prison. Percy Cummings allegedly had history of previous sexual dysfunction, so it will be interesting to see what will be the charges that stick on Mr. Cummings.

Analyst: Howard Stern-Sirius XM Contract Worth $400 Million

NEW YORK - Sirius XM and Howard Stern on Thursday morning didn't detail financial terms of their new five year relationship, but at least one analyst estimates it is worth $400 million over the term of the contract, compared to $500 million for his previous five-year contract.
Lazard Capital Markets analyst Barton Crockett in a first reaction estimated that the deal is likely consistent with his expectations and consistent with the cash payments Stern has received in his first Sirius deal, but the shock jockey likely loses the stock portion of his compensation.
Wall Street analysts wondered though if Stern may work only three instead of four days a week given that he had expressed an interest in scaling back his time commitment.
"We have been modeling that Stern would remain, as part of flattish overall programming costs, whereby Stern continues to receive $80 million cash per year, consistent with his former deal expiring at year-end," Crockett said. "We had also assumed no stock, a step down from the $100 million, five-year stock component of the former deal."

Crockett told The Hollywood Reporter though that there may be other ways Stern may get added value from his new contract. He mentioned success-based compensation, such as in the form of bonus-type payments if the rollout of his programming on mobile devices hits certain targets, as a possibility. Or he may work less than under his previous deal. "There is tons of flexibility to structure this, but we just don't know for sure without disclosures," Crockett said.

The analyst said he assumes that the new Stern deal is costing Sirius less than the first one or the same amount at most because CFO David Frear guided Wall Street observers to expect an "overall modest long-term easing of programming costs" in a earlier this week. Crockett said he is maintaining his $1.65 price target on Sirius shares.

David Joyce, analyst at Miller Tabak, also said he is not sure how many days Stern will work. His most recent model calls for $60 million per year for three work days a week, but Stern may as well have decided to stay at four days for $80 million a year. Assuming unchanged cash earnings, hat would give Stern $300 million-$400 million.
Either way, Wall Street reacted positively to the news of the contract renewal, which observers argued will allow Sirius to maintain its recent subscriber momentum without overpaying. Plus, it gives the company the right to get Stern onto mobile devices. The stock was up 6.4% at $1.40 in early trading.
"This is a net positive for Sirius," said Joyce: "This talent retention should salvage Sirius' subscriber...[and financial] growth."

AT&T Rated Worst Cellular Provider in U.S. by Consumer Reports

ChattahBox U.S. News)—In a survey of 58,000 readers, Consumer Reports found that AT&T’s service ranked the lowest among American cellular carriers, and iPhone users were “by far, the least satisfied” with AT&T as their carrier, the Wall Street Journal reports. This news comes at an already unfortunate time for AT&T, with the carrier facing competition from other cellular companies who may end up also offering the iPhone, which AT&T currently carries exclusively.

AT&T spent $2 billion this year to correct weaknesses in its network following complaints of dropped calls and network quality. The company said in a statement that it takes the low Consumer Reports ranking seriously and will continue to look for ways to improve customers’ experiences, WSJ reports.

Consumer Reports ranked U.S. Cellular Corp. as the highest rated cellular company, despite the fact that the small company currently has only 6.1 million customers. Coming in second was Verizon, which has 93.2 million subscribers, WSJ reports.

Jets Order New York Steakhouse to Remove 'Jets-Themed' Menu Items

For all the controversy the New York Jets have been involved with this season, you'd think they'd stop sweating the small stuff.

According to the New York Post, however, the Jets have ordered a local steakhouse to take off certain Jets-themed menu items were not authorized by the team.

Prime KO Japanese Steakhouse, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, was serving "green on green Jets salad" and a "Jets dragon roll" until team spokeswoman Jessica Ciccone called the restaurant and demanded the items be taken off the menu. Despite the fact that the head chef, Makoto Kameyama, is a huge fan, the Jets apparently care very strongly about protecting their brand.

Meanwhile, Kameyama, originally from Japan, continues to support his favorite team, and even added a Jets-themed latke to the menu for Hanukkah -- a potato pancake topped with basil, to be specific.

St. Nicholas Day: Today is St. Nicholas Day!

On some days, we all revert to our childhoods, Saint Nicholas Day is the perfect time to do so.

Google even chose to celebrate Saint Nicholas Day by putting out some boots and hoping that Saint Nicholas will fill them with some treats. In Germany, their search engine displays a St. Nikolaus drawing that honors the German tradition. Along with Germany, there are many more countries around Europe that are celebrating today.

Saint Nicholas has been known to bring joy to children in many countries. Children prepare their boots, making sure they are cleaned and polished, to receive gifts from the saint.

The Saint is also celebrated in Italy, Turkey, Greece, Belgium, France, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Georgia, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Croatia, Hungary and the Czech Republic.

Children who were good throughout the year can expect to find their boots filled with coins, oranges, sweets and other gifts. However, the naughty children will receive a rod in their boots, representative of punishment. The saint is kind and forgiving so they seldom get such a “blessing.”

Saint Nicholas is loosely the basis for the mythical holiday figure, Santa Claus, that is most familiar with Americans. 2010 Bowl Matchups: College Football Bowl Schedule

The yearly tradition of College Football Bowl games  is nearly upon us. The schedule has been finalized and all of the matchups have been released. Starting on December 18th with the New Mexico Bowl and ending on January 10th with the Tostitos BCS Championship Bowl we are in for some great games. The 2010 Bowl Matchups and the full College Football Bowl schedule are now available so you can now plan who to watch.

There are 35 NCAAF bowl games that will be taking place over the course of 3 weeks. Some of the more popular bowl games include the Sugar Bowl, which will feature Arkansas vs. Ohio State, the Orange Bowl which will feature Stanford vs. Virginia Tech, and the Rose Bowl which will feature TCU vs. Wisconsin. The games will be taking place all over the country, including one game to be held in Honolulu, Hawaii. The 2010 Bowl matchups  and College Football Bowl schedule was released today after the past weekend of championship games finalized all of the teams participating.

The BCS Championship game is what teams compete all year long to try and be a part of. This year Auburn will face off against Oregon, in Miami Florida,  for the big title.
